PATIENT EXPERIENCE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR CXO AND CNO'S

Designed to help hospital CXO's and CNO'S drive and accelerate the hospitals patient experience strategic plan throughout the organization for consistent execution. This is a year long support program whereby BOOST serves as a mentor to fast track results based on their years of experience partnering with hospitals to improve HCAHPS scores. The Mentorship program is customized to deliver seminars or onsite presence along with coaching throughout the year to deliver guidance and support to CXO or CNO.
